Following on from our successful 2010, Not for Profit, Haiti Resources for Reconstruction and Humanitarian Assistance Summit, Global Development Summits are pleased to announce our Haiti Reconstruction & Sustainability Summit. This event is fully endorsed by the Haitian-American Chamber of Commerce, International Stability Operations Association (ISOA) and the Public-Private Alliance Found alfa romeo ation (PPAF) and supported by the US Department of State, USAID and OPIC.
This summit will focus on the need for rebuilding, both physical and in terms of infrastructure and explore long term solutions. We will be working closely with Government representatives from the U.S. and Haiti, the UN, international aid organisations, NGO's and leading community figures.
Global Development Summits plan to bring these relevant government officials, international organisations and aid agencies together with key players from the private sector. Going forward, those efforts must be sustained in order for a full recovery to be achieved.
